Fusion cell line secreting monoclonal antibody against antigenic protein of infectious pancreatic necrosis virus of fish and manufacturing method thereof

The fusion cell line IP324 of mice that secrete monoclonal antibodies that specifically recognize the antigenic protein VP3 of the infectious pancreatic necrosis virus (IPNV) of fish, and its preparation method, are essentially free from IPNV infection of the host regardless of its serotype. It can reduce the huge economic loss of aquaculture caused by mass mortality and fundamentally block the damage of IPNV that continues year after year, as well as being used as a tool to study IPNV receptors and mechanisms to neutralize the virus. It can be used as a tool for scientific research.
