ANALYTICAL METHOD OF INFLUENCING PRIMARY FACTOR OF QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND CONTROLLING METHOD OF MOLDING CONDITION

Accurate selection of data useful for quality identification of products, molding abnormalities;Appropriate adjustment can be made by easily determining the molding conditions to be eliminated. A first principal component axis and a second principal component are analyzed by obtaining a correlation coefficient representing a correlation of data variation between various conditions related to the injection molding operation. The principal component axes are found and the points corresponding to the nonuniformity of the various conditions for each principal component axis are plotted on the Cartesian coordinate system. Forming conditions for detection data for condition determination or adjustment of conditions by comprehensively evaluating the characteristics of the fluctuation tendency of the data between the various conditions on the basis of the first principal component axis and the second principal component axis that give the largest fluctuations to the data of various conditions. This facilitates the selection of simplification and simplifies the work of discriminating the parts and adjusting the molding conditions.
