FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes determination of expenditures for rendering of medical aid at occurrence of insurance cases. Person to be insured undergoes medical examination. The latter is conducted by measuring the selected anatomic region of internal organs of person to be insured. Measurement is performed by means of a computer. Hazard level of occurrence of organ activity disturbance and predisposition of every organ to ambulatory or stationary treatment or to operation is determined by n-number scale. Probability of insurance case occurrence is determined by n-number scale for every diagnosed organ. Device for method embodiment has a computer, diagnostic unit comprising sensors connected to computer system bus through the first conjugation device, and data processing unit which includes arithmetic device connected to main storage device and to array permanent storage device. Arithmetic device is connected to computer system bus through the second conjugation device. Use is made of control device connected to the second conjugation device, arithmetic device, array permanent storage device and to main storage device.
