FIELD: educational aids. SUBSTANCE: device has two ruler bases, which contain identical information representing two octaves with names of notes of tempered harmony using new 12-syllable notation. New syllables of notes which correspond to black keys of piano are located respectively on dark background. Slider contains roman digits which represent sequence of seven scale stages: major in upper row and seven minor scale stages in lower row. EFFECT: facilitated use, increased speed of education. 2 dwg
