摘要

FIELD: shipbuilding; experimental method of testing the ship in model testing basin; manageability trials of ship in ice. SUBSTANCE: curvilinear trajectory of motion of model at radius of turning circle is assigned by superposition of rotary motion at constant angular velocity relative to vertical axis on forward motion of model with carriage in channel of model testing basin. After model has achieved angle of turn within 10 deg, its direction is reversed. Device used for realization of this method includes housing located on carriage, vertical shaft fitted in bearings and connected with model turn drive consisting of electric motor with reduction gear, lever rigidly connected with vertical shaft, dynamometer with resistance strain gauges and turn angle sensor. Device is additionally provided with angular reduction gear, carriage speed sensor, limit switches, guide ski, guide holder and computer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency in ice field and in ice basin as a whole; enhanced reliability of results of measuring outside forces and moments acting on model. 3 cl, 3 dwg
