PURPOSE:To obtain an image without blurring as final output by storing a blurred image and blurring locus data and performing calculation in order that the shake caused at the time of photographing by a camera is corrected. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 19b for reproducing and a reproducing circuit 22 reproduce the blurring locus data recorded on a magnetic tape 21 on film 20, and a blurring locus data storage part 23 stores it. A blurring locus data transform part 24 obtains a specified blurring transmission function from the blurring locus data stored and outputs it to a Fourier transform (FFT) circuit 25. An image memory 29 stores the blurred image through a photographing lens 27 and an image pickup element 28 and outputs it to an FFT circuit 30. The data Fourier-transformed in the FFT circuits 25 and 30 is calculated in a division circuit 31, and the blurring is corrected by performing inverse Fourier transform in an inverse FFT circuit 32. An image display part 33 outputs the image whose blurring is corrected.
