The service control 1 displays the outgoing ID together with a fact that there is an incoming call on a display part 9 through a control part 8, and displays a menu of a selectable service for guiding its incoming call. Therefore, a caller can select the service for guiding its incoming call in accordance with his own speech state and a caller, inputs the fact by an input part 10, and informs the service controller 1 of the fact the control part 8.
