PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating vest equipped with a small heat source, capable of dispersing the load of a small heat source and heating the whole inner portion of a wear, and having an excellent appearance and an excellent wearing touch, by arranging air flow-diffusing pads for diffusing and controlling air flows on the rear body portion of a vest main body. ;SOLUTION: This heating vest comprises a vest main body 1 having a shape capable of being worn under an overwear such as a jacket or a coat, and a waist belt 5 which is connected to the bottom portions of right and left front bodies 2, 3 and the bottom portion of the rear body 4 and whose both ends are forward extended in a state capable of being attached to the waist portion of a wearer. A small heat source 14 is detachably attached to the rear body position of the waist belt 5. Therein, air flow-diffusing pads 7, 8 for diffusing and controlling air flows are arranged at higher positions than the small heat source 14 on the inside of the rear body 4 of the vest main body 1. A hanging cloth 11 is preferably extended and sewed on the lower end of the rear body 4 of the vest main body 1 in a state capable of being folded up and held.
