PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail in a upright position by adjusting the angle correspondingly to the state of a concrete frame. ;SOLUTION: A prop angle adjusting member 9 is fitted between opposed erection walls 5 of a base member 1 in rotatable manner and, by covering the sides of the member 9 with a pair of side plate members 14 and integrally fixing the base member 1 and the prop angle adjusting member 9 together by tightening opposed tightening walls 16 provided on the side plate members 14 together by a bolt, the erection angle of the handrail prop 23 inserted into the lower end of the prop angle adjusting member 9 is made adjustable and the uprightness can be ensured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
