PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the medicine which is useful for completely curing an intractable disease, benign mesenchymoma, by adding a medicine having an antifungal action as an active ingredient. ;SOLUTION: This medicine for treating benign mesenchymoma contains an antifungal action-having medicine, for example, a polyene macrolide medicine such as amphotericin B, nystatin, trichomycin or tacrolimus, as an active ingredient. The target benign mesenchymoma includes soft fibroma, keloid, skin leiomyomatosis, lipoma, histiocytoma, juvenile xanthogranuloma, mastocytoma, and hemangioma, especially hemangioma, more especially pyogenic granuloma (botryomycosis, granuloma pyogenicum). The medicine is preferably administered at a daily dose of 1-1,000 mg, or coated at a daily dose of 1-500 mg as the active ingredient or a daily therapeutically effective dose of 1,000-5,000,000 units with one to five portions, when used as a preparation for external use.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
