PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a formwork device as being capable of easily adjusting a molding formwork in horizontal in a short time to mold a concrete wail face, and a concrete structure constructing method. ;SOLUTION: A concrete structure constructing formwork device 100 has C-bolts 1 connected to at least two of plural anchor bolts embedded in an existing concrete structure at preset spaces in the cross direction, a connection beam 2 mounted on the C-bolts 1, level jacks 3 provided at both ends of the connection beam 2 in a vertically adjustable manner, a molding formwork 4 to mold a concrete wall face carried on the level jacks 3 and plural terminal materials 5 provided with insertion-holes to be freely engaged/disengaged with/ from and fixed to the C-bolts 1, extended upward and downward to the outside of the molding form 4 and fixed thereto at preset spaces in the horizontal direction. With the vertical adjustment of the level jacks 3, the horizontal degree of the molding formwork 4 is adjusted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
