PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the construction by mounting a lipped groove-shaped metallic shell having a back piece, both side pieces and both front side lip pieces within a panel frame, and providing a surface member having an air vent port on the front opening side of the shell.;SOLUTION: A metallic shell 6 formed into a lipped groove form consisting of a back piece 6a, both side pieces 6b fixed in contact with the inner surface of a panel frame 5, and both front side lip pieces into a lipped groove form is mounted within and fixed to the panel frame 5. Further, a metallic vertical partitioning plate 6' is fixed into the metallic shell 6 to form a wiring space 90 for power source line and information line and an air conditioner housing space 91 for a fan or a circulator for passing air in the inner part. Further, a partitioning panel 4 with air conditioning function is formed by laminating a plurality of basic partitioning panels 51 for partitioning the inner part of a building so as to have a thickness of 2 integer times or more of the basic partitioning panel 51.
