PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic valve capable of easily adjusting responsiveness, and suppressing variations of responsiveness, and a method and device for adjusting the responding speed.;SOLUTION: A yoke 76 integrated into an electromagnetic spill valve is provided with a variable site 79 having two slits 77 and 78 so that the magnetic resistance can be changed only by bending this variable site 79. After the yoke 76 and a magnetic circuit constituted of a core 90 and an armature 92 are assembled, the bending level of the variable site 79 is adjusted so that the magnetic resistance of the yoke 76 can be changed, and the responsiveness of the electronic spill value can be aligned within specification. Therefore, the variations of the responsiveness of the electromagnetic spill value can be suppressed only by adjusting the bending level of the variable elite 79 without making strict the tolerance of each part, or repeating selection or assembly by arranging plural parts.
