PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly and easily fix external wall plates in a vertical installation method in between columns adjacently erected.;SOLUTION: Metal fittings 20 for vertical installation are fixed to one column 1 and the same metal fittings 20 are temporarily fixed to the other column 2 so as to be laterally transferable. After an external wall plate 10 has been vertically installed between the columns, the temporarily fixed metal fittings 20 are laterally transferred (B direction) and positioned so as to come into contact with the lateral side 10a' of the external wall plate 10.
