PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a pasty composition for undercoating a precious metal decorating transfer paper and a transfer paper thereof for printing a precious metal beautifully on a ceramic fabric surface. ;SOLUTION: Some 85-60 pts. of organic solvent such as rosemary oil is added to 15-40 pts. of asphaltite and heated, agitated, melted and filtered at 120-150°C for 30 minutes - 2 hours to prepare 15-40% asphaltite solution. Some 0.06-8 pts. of sulfide, chloride, nitrate or the like is used as a crosslinking agent and added together with organic solution such as rosemary oil or the like to 100 pts. of 15-40% asphaltite solution and heated, agitated at 80-150°C for 2 minutes - 2 hours to carry out the crosslinking reaction. A transfer paper is formed of an undercoat layer 3 of the above composition, a frit layer 4 and an decorating precious metal layer 5 printed successively on the surface of an adhered layer 2 of a transfer mounting paper 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
