PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and a cost in a tree planting vegetation net suitably used for a spraying construction method of organic soil dressing, a tree planting vegetation base body suitably used for a carrying-in construction method of the organic soil dressing and a vegetation bag suitably used for a bag stacking vegetation construction method. SOLUTION: In a tree planting vegetation net 1, the warp/weft for knitting/ weaving a net are formed of resin yarn 2, 3 of flat yarn, and at least one side surface of the obverse/reverse of at least one resin yarn 2, 3 is covered with a binder material 4 of a thermally fusible resin having a lower melting point than the resin yarn 2, 3. These resin yarn 2, 3 are longitudinally and laterally superposed to be heat-treated to thermally fuse the resin yarn 2, 3 at an intersection (a) by the binder material 4.
