PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comparatively simply form a lively, beautiful Buddha statue and a Buddha statue facing the front by a person not having a high technology. ;SOLUTION: A spherical face of a Buddha statue is formed by using cloisonne ware eyeball pieces 2. A cloissone ware is formed of a silver plate or a copper plate metal with both glass fusion-bonded faces, and provided with sufficient strength, hardness and resistance to high temperature. The tone of the cloissonne ware can be selected in the wide range, and its brightness is not inferior to that of a jewel. The spherical face radius and the dark eye diameter of the eyeball are constant and not affected by the human feeling and weather at all. Eye sections are shaved slightly and cloisone ware eyeball pieces are stuck thereon and eyebrows and the peripheries of the eyes are adjusted and the finish coating is applied thereon. For a Buddha statue formed by pouring and fitting gypsum or plastic, the cloisonne eyeball pieces are stuck inside a matrix and then poured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
