SULFUR TRANSFER ADDITIVE FOR CATALYTIC CRACKING OF HYDROCARBON AND CATALYTIC CRACKING OF HYDROCARBON USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid sulfur transfer additive fur FCC not exerting a negative influence on catalytic activity of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) and yet having excellent sulfur removing effect. ;SOLUTION: This sulfur transfer additive for hydrocarbon is a uniform liquid containing at least two metal elements selected from three kinds of (a) an alkaline earth metal such as Mg or Ca, (b) a transition metal such as Zn or AG and a P zone metal such as Bi or Al and (c) a rare earth element such as La or Ce. The at least two metal elements are selected from different kinds. The sulfur transfer additive can simultaneously reduce SOx content of emitting smoke of a regenerating column and sulfur content of light oil product and does not bring about a negative effect on catalytic activity and selectivity of FCC system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
