PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health promoting instrument capable of emitting sufficient far infrared radiation from a matter worn on a body or from an object arranged near a human body, and a health promoting device for emitting more far infrared radiation from this instrument. ;SOLUTION: The Health promoting instruments 1, 3, 4 are made by covering powder-like liparite minerals, or liparites with unwoven fabric, synthetic fiber, or a fiber cloth such as of cotton, hemp, silk, and the like.
