PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the trouble of a user, and to make the patients' diet comfortable by managing charging without using any coin or card in the charging management system of a rental television and a rental refrigerator in a hospital. SOLUTION: In this system, a charging control terminal equipment 2 is set at a bed side in a hospital, and the charging control terminal equipment 2 is connected with a rental television 3 and a rental refrigerator 4, and each charging control terminal equipment 2 is connected through a bi-directional communication controller 7 with a charging managing device 5. The start date and end date data of the rental equipment of the bed number inputted to the charging managing device 5 are transmitted through the bi-directional communication controller 7 to the charging control equipment 2, and the charging management of the rental equipment is operated.
