PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the supply of a suitable amount of water to a sized warp, and to prevent a trouble that large water drops are adhered to the sized non-dried warp. ;SOLUTION: A pair of rotary shafts 6 and a cam shaft 7 are supported on a pair of fixed frames 5 through bearings 8 in a state crossing the fixed frames 5, and a support frame 10 is loaded on rollers 9 fixed to both the ends of the rotary shafts 6. The cam shaft 7 is driven with a motor 16 for traverse, and the support frame 10 is reciprocatively moved in the longitudinal direction of a dividing rod 4 through the eccentric cam 12 fixed to the cam shaft 7 and cam guides 13 fixed to the support frame 10. The dividing rod 4 is supported on the support frame 10 through brackets 19, 20. The driving rod 4 is rotated at a slow rotation rate through a driven gear 28 and a driving gear 29 driven with a motor 32, and simultaneously reciprocatively moved in the direction orthogonal to the travel direction of the warp at a larger stroke than the pitch of the warp.
