PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the ventilating structure of a midge- or -high-rise apartment, in which indoor sections are ventilated by forming outside-air communicating ports to the exterior walls of each dwelling unit while the efficiency of ventilation can be further improved by supplying indoor ventilation. ;SOLUTION: Outside-air communicating ports capable of being opened and closed are formed to the exterior walls Wa, Wb of each dwelling unit 1 on each floor respectively, and indoor and outdoor air is exchanged through these outside-air communicating ports while exhaust pipes 3 penetrated to exterior walls Wb, Wc in the horizontal direction and opened to indoor sections are installed to the exterior walls Wb, Wc of each dwelling unit 1 on each floor respectively. Pipe ends on the outdoor sides of these exhaust pipes 3 are communicated in the vertical direction by exhaust cylinders 4, and the indoor air of each dwelling unit 1 is discharged to an outdoor section by utilizing a stack effect generated in the exhaust cylinders 4 by opening the uppermost sections of the exhaust cylinders 4 to the upper section of a ridge.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
