PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interrupt the transmission of heat as much as possible without interrupting heat by laying plastics or the like on the front and rear surfaces of a thermally conductive building component made of aluminum or the like, or without suppressing the heat conduction by using building components in two or three layers. SOLUTION: An air bubble sheet 1 having a construction sealing by low cylindrical air bubbles 23 between two sheets of films 22, 24 made of polyethylene or the like is used as an insulating raw material. These raw materials are strong even against compression and the insulating ability is not degraded during use with time and good insulating ability can be maintaining and, therefore, they are best suited for adhesion to the building components.
