PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for imprinting a latent image in a film whose lot control is easy, a cartridge with a built-in film and its manufacturing method, and a film unit with lens and its manufacturing method which is capable of making a manufacturing device small, and which is capable of producing various kinds and a small quantity of products by rewinding the film after the film is drawn from the cartridge with built-in films and a latent image is imprinted.;SOLUTION: The films 34a and 34b are drawn from the cartridge with built-in films, and a film pressing part 50 presses the films 34a and 34b so that the films are brought into close-contact with original image sheets 38a and 38b. Next, stroboscopic light from a stroboscopic unit 60 is diffused by a diffusing plate 61, so that the quantity of light reaching exposure windows 39a and 39b becomes uniform, and the original image recorded on the sheets 38a and 38b are imprinted on the films 34a and 34b as the latent image by the light passing through the windows 39a and 39b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
