PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged double-door opening outward in which one of the doors can be simultaneously opened or closed at the time when the other door is opened or closed. ;SOLUTION: This hinged double-door opening outward is equipped with arcuate engaging stays 3, 4 at the upper and/or lower parts of respective doors. The doors are opened/closed by the gear-engaging structure of the stays 3, 4. A spring or the like generating a reacting force is connected to one end of a chain fixed to one of the doors and hooked on a gear fixed to the door axis of the other door. In this way, by opening/closing one of the hinted double doors, the other door can be simultaneously opened/closed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
