PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate electricity by making use of the vertical movement of waves in order to solve energy problems as possible as we can. SOLUTION: A float is attached to the tip end of each lever. The bearing of each lever is so designed as to be rotated when each lever is moved up, and as to be idled when each lever is moved down. Let the float be moved up and down by the vertical movement of waves, and each lever is thereby moved up and down, so that a rotary movement is thereby initiated. The plural number of levers are mounted to a shaft. The whole of the levers are so designed as to allow the shaft to be rotated in the same direction. Great torque can thereby be produced by letting the force of the levers be concentrated to the one shaft. Since the vertical movement of waves will never cease, a generator can be rotated at all times so as to allow electricity to be thereby generated.
