PURPOSE:To reduce the number of insulating parts by passing insulating rods through the centers of doughnut-type resistance elements so that the insulating rods can perform the clamping of the resistance elements and the insulation support from a main-contact-side conductor. CONSTITUTION:In resistance elements 1a-1c, insulating rods 2 provide the clamping function of respective resistance elements 1a-1c and the supporting function to a main-contact-side conductor 5a at both ends. The exposed portions between the conductors 4b, 4c and the main-contact-side conductor 5a in the area where the insulating rods 2 are extended from the ends of the resistance elements 1a-1c are functioned as insulating boards, respectively. It is thus possible to clamp and insulation-support the resistance elements 1a-1c only by the insulating rods 2 and eliminate the need for the insulating boards.
