PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence of worn-out powder and restrict its intrusion into a main body of a container by a method wherein a dry mechanical seal is arranged between an outer circumferential surface of a revolution shaft of a screw and an inner circumferential surface of a supporting arm. ;SOLUTION: A supporting arm 18 is fixed to a gear box 10 and a bevel gear 24 is fixed to a connecting shaft 22 in a connecting pipe 19. A gear box 26 is connected to a flange section 20 of the connecting pipe 19, and a revolution shaft 31 to which a bevel gear 32 engaged with the bevel gear 24 is rotatably supported by bearings 28, 30. A dry mechanical seal 37 in which a seal ring 37a and a ceramic ring 37b made of fluorine resin rotated together with the revolution shaft 31 are combined to each other is installed at a sleeve 36 externally fitted to the revolution shaft 31 in a seal box 35. In addition, a pair of tongue-like seal rubbers 42 are arranged at an inner circumferential surface of an annular member 41 fixed to the lower end of the seal box 35 over its entire circumference. Occurrence of worn-out powder caused by sliding motion of the revolution shaft 31 is scarcely reduced by these arrangements and entering of the powder into the main body of the container is substantially reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
