PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To even an axial temperature of a radiation sample filled in a double- wall capsule. SOLUTION: Either the outside of an inner cylindrical tube 21 or the inside of an outer cylindrical tube 22 of a capsule 20 for accommodating a radiation sample and having a double wall for the purpose of temperature adjustment, or both tubes are tapered to 21a or the like shape, thereby to change a thickness of the tubes in arm axial direction. Since a size of a gap part between the inner cylindrical tube 21 and outer cylindrical tube 22 is changed, a passing rate of heat is adjusted. Alternatively, while the size of the gap part of the inner cylindrical tube 21 and outer cylindrical tube 22 is kept constant, a thickness of the inner cylindrical tube 21 and/or outer cylindrical tube 22 is changed in the axial direction, so that a distribution of heat generated in the capsule is adjusted.
