Energy methods and arrangements for the combination or integration of electrochemical converters (such as oxidation cells for deep power generation) with heating, ventilation, cooling or air conditioning (cvaa). The residual heat generated by the fuel emulsion is radiated, convective, or directed to a thermal element, such as a porchalor driven cooler or a steam processor. The CVA is disposed of to produce residual heat that drives the fluid, such as air, heated or cooled water, and steam for heating and cooling.Or industrial use. An interface exchange element of the electrochemical converter is also shown to interface with the ionospheric chemistry. The interface conversion element receives the hot gas generated by the fuel cell, and extracts the heat energy from the fuel cell, which is used for the capacitance residual heat transfer of electric refrigerator or capacitor boiler.
