The invention relates to a clamp for the obstruction of the common carotid in case of removing gigantic intracerebral aneurysms or cavernous sinus. The clamp for the obstruction of the carotid comprises two pieces namely, one stationary profiled piece (1) and one slidable piece (3) attached by means of a rivet (2) and moved in respect of each other by a rosette screw (4) and by the movement of the rosette screw (4) for several days, in a support area (e) and a clamping area (g), the common carotid artery can be completely obstructed.
