System modeling and simulation of the evolution of the dispersion of the flow of pollutants into the sea. It consists of a modeling system flow dispersion of pollutants discharged into the sea it provides an approach to real-time determination of the evolution of the pollutant flow depending on the conditions of wind, waves, density gradients, currents, tides time and others. Consists of a module (1) modeling of waste streams applicable to meshing elements sea area surrounding treatment site of release of the contaminant, a module (2) modeling tidal applicable to the same elements, one module (3) modeling of the dispersion of pollutants, and an integration module (4) which includes and is parallel providing a solution on the screen (5) of the evolution of the dispersion modules (1, 2, 3) and sedimentation of pollutants.
