MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ARTIFICIAL GRANITE PLATE AND ARTIFICIAL GRANITE PLATE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method is provided to manufacture an artificial stone plate like a granite plate by making shining mica and a black spot when manufacturing the artificial stone. CONSTITUTION: The method has: a material mixing process that kneads by mixing cement, sand and volcanic rocks with water; a molding process that presses by filling the kneaded material into a natural stone shaped mold; and a calcining process that softens by heating the molded material in a high temperature. Here in, the surface of the mold is sprayed with an adhesive aqueous solution, and mica and a black pigment are attached to the aqueous solution before filling the kneaded material into the mold. The kneaded material is filled after spraying the surface layer liquid mixed with pigment, cement and water.
