BONDING JIG FOR BONDING DIFFERENT KINDS OF MOTHER ARTICLES AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A bonding jig is provided to increase productivity by preventing a bonding material from being apart and by feeding bonding load at the same time as designing the shape of the present cylinder typed bonding jig in a cap shape. CONSTITUTION: A bonding jig(10) is made up of a cap shape which contains a bonding part between different basic materials. The inner diameter of the jig is made into one selected from a straight line(13), a gap(14) and a taper(15). The straight line is used when heat expansion rates of two basic materials are similar to each other. The gap and the taper are used when the heat expansion rate of ceramic is very small and the heat expansion rate of metal is very big.
