PURPOSE: A method for forming an antenna for non-contact data transmission/reception material use and the non-contact data transmission/reception are provided by using a hardening method of conductivity paste, and by using the conductivity paste. CONSTITUTION: An optical hardening-type electro conductive paste, having surface resistance which is less than 200mohm/sq. by hardening according to optical irradiation, comprises a conductivity powder and a resin composition in the weight ratio of 50/50 to 95/5. The conductivity powder includes a resin state conductivity powder and a squamose conductivity powder which have more than 80 percent in the total conductivity powder. The resin conductivity powder has an average particle diameter 0.05 to 1.0micron and an anti-surface area 0.5-5.0m2/g. The weight ratio of the resin state conductivity powder and a squamose conductivity powder is 60/40 to 95/5.
