PURPOSE: A process is provided, which is characterized in that both organic kitchen garbage and domestic wastewater are treated by anaerobic decomposition tank and aerobic process. CONSTITUTION: A disposer is installed at under of sink, and grinds organic kitchen garbage. Grinded organic kitchen garbage and domestic wastewater are mixed, and treated at anaerobic decomposition(10). Treated organic kitchen garbage and domestic wastewater flow into flowrate control tank(20). Then, organic kitchen garbage and domestic wastewater flow into aeration tank(30) and sedimentation tank(40). So, organic kitchen garbage and domestic wastewater are treated by aerobic process. Eventually, organic kitchen garbage and domestic wastewater are treated together.
