PURPOSE: A method for utilizing an integrated application service by an integrated management of communication network operating systems with a heterogeneous operating environment, is provided integratively to manage function modules such as a graphic user interface, communication protocol, and an interlocking interface. CONSTITUTION: A method for utilizing an integrated application service by an integrated management of communication network operating systems with a heterogeneous operating environment, contains steps. At the first step, an integrated shifts, registers, and deletes information on an interlocking interface of a communication network management system which becomes an integrated object. At the second step, the integrated operating management system generates the integrated application service by use of the information on the interlocking interface.
