Purpose: a kind of method is arranged to monitor that disconnect state LOMS (local operation and the management system) of an Ethernet cable engages ONAS for detecting the disconnection in an Ethernet cable of the ONAS (operational network access subsystem) of advanced information communication processing system. Construction: for an operator domain in parameter, transmission is used for a message of confirming electrical connection status, operates the real time operating system of an ONAS (S310). ONAS is broadcast the message by an Ethernet cable to a LOMS, is used parameter (S320). ONAS is confirmed whether that a response message is detached from LOMS (S330) by conveying. If response message is delivered from LOMS not yet, an associated connection state is arranged as a Connection Release state (S350) in ONAS. If response message is detached from LOMS by conveying, when this is (S340), ONAS maintains connection status.
