METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF TEA, POWDER, AND PILLS USING MULBERRY LEAVES AND NOODLE, CLEAR SOUP WITH DOUGH FLAKES, DUMPLING, AND WHEAT FLOUR CONTAINING THE POWDER

PURPOSE: Tea, powder, and pills using mulberry leaves as a health food are provided which have a medicinal effect of a mulberry leaves, and have abundant nutrients and good taste. CONSTITUTION: A method for the preparation of wheat flour containing a mulberry leaves comprises the steps of: (a) washing the mulberry leaves obtained by mulberry, drying and high-speed shattering; (b) mixing the powder of the mulberry leaves and a wheat flour in a ratio of 20 : 80; and (c) kneading with water added a refined salt of 0.5 wt.% and a soda of 0.1wt.%, drying in the shade, cutting and packing. If the mulberry leaves are applied internally not less than 3 times a day, it takes an effect on the prevention and treatment of diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, and heavy metal.
