CONSTITUTION: An annual purchase contract is concluded with a member enterprise. A DCP(Discount Partnership) analyzes and fabricates a purchase activity database received by the contract from the member enterprise, builds a total quantity supply and demand program and reserves expected supply goods by carrying out a reverse auction. If the member enterprise submits a purchase application form with articles registered in the contract in the center through a DCP internet site if necessary, supply companies previously reserved by the reverse auction provide necessary goods. All the settlement of purchase money is made through the DSP.
