A professional system for Analysing commercial district based on a Internet GISGeographic Information System

PURPOSE: A commercial area analysis expert system using an internet geometric information system is provided for analyzing a geometric information system(GIS) and an accumulated company information and checking and outputting a result of the analysis on an internet by various methods. CONSTITUTION: A user connected with an internet selects an analysis menu and is connected with a commercial area analysis server. The user designates an area and business type of a desired object and inputs an attribute information(business start date, capital, age of representative, sex, major customers, average sale amount per dat, business peak time, and rent money). A method for indicating a result of the analysis is designated. A user determines a chart shape based on a result indication method, a content indicated in a table, and a content contained in a list.
