A METHOD OF MASS-PRODUCING REGENERATED PEPPER PLANTS BY PLANT TISSUE CULTURE AND REGENERATED PEPPER PLANTS THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for producing Capsicumannuuml massively with low cost in a short period of time is provided, which is also useful in culturing plants and crops. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing Capsicumannuuml is comprised of the next steps of: i) inducing callus and shoot-bud of young Capsicumannuuml in an MS medium; ii) inducing shoot in another medium (pH 5.7-6.0) including IAA, zeatin, AgNO3, and sucrose; iii) cultivating shoots until shoots grow 2-3 cm; iv) facilitating the growth of the shoots; v) inducing rooting of the plant in the medium being changed every 15 days; vi) hardening the plant by adding distilled water to a jar and opening up and closing a lid of the jar; and vii) implanting the plant to a pot containing vermiculite and peat.
