Method of formation of additional yellow bodies in ovary of ewe-recipients to increase the transplantability of embryos is performed by two-fold administration of estrofan at the dose 1 ml to each sheep at break for 9 days between injections and administration of serum gonadotropin СЖК at the dose 27 ml (activity is 180 I.U.) 48 h before the second administration of estrofan. EFFECT: enhanced level of transplantability of transplanted embryos in ewe-recipients.
