SUBSTANCE: method includes drawing of horizontal line from iliac crest to interspinal space L4-L5 and determination of point of PUNCTURE by departing laterally through 2.0-3.5 cm; moving of catheter guide or needle square to body surface forward up to stop at transverse process L5 and sliding of it at angle of 45 deg to body surface and moving downward; passing musculus transversus to thrust sacrum body 1.0 cm laterally lumbosacral plexus; introduction of catheter and its fixation. EFFECT: improved blood flow of lower extremity due to block of lumbosacral piece of sympathetic trunk, more accelerated healing of tissues after extensive surgical interventions. 5 dwg, 1 ex
