METHOD OF MINING KIMBERLITE DEPOSIT EXTENDED ALONG STRIKE BY INCLINED SLICING UNDER FLEXIBLE GUARD ROOFING BY POWERED MINING SET

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method may be used in underground mining of kimberlite deposits. The method includes sinking of two shafts on deposit flanks in ore body with distance from shafts to contact with deposit on flanks equalling length of powered support; formation under flexible guard roofing round shafts of layer inclined access ramp with inclination ensuring lowering of ramp floor for one revolution through height of layer; extraction of inclined layer is carried out under flexible guard roofing from layer inclined access by powered mining set by miniface on straight sections of inclined access. Layer section round the shafts are extracted by radial stopes with turning of powered support. Sections of inclined layer beyond action of powered mining set are extracted by blind stopes with aid of tunneling machine with supporting of flexible guard roofing by powered self-advancing support. In addition, driven over contact of deposit is inclined layer airway which is connected with airway on haulage horizon through ventilation holes. EFFECT: reduced ore losses in mining of kimberlite deposits extended along strike. 2 cl, 3 dwg
