A plaster layer in a plaster plate has an embedded reinforcement mat and is located on a mineral fiber insulation plate. The insulation plate has anchoring recesses (4) spaced apart and securing against shearing, reaching at most to the plaster layer (2). Also for securing against shearing, open stabilization recesses (5) are arranged in the plaster layer, which are filled with material of the plaster layer. The anchoring and stabilization recesses are approximately deeper than half the thickness of the mineral fiber insulation plate (1).
