The structure by a collapse-resistant foundation frame(1) forms a static unit which can be moved only as a whole. The foundation is constructed as a framework reinforced by constructional steel and equipped with reinforced concrete diagonal braces(2) which prevent deformation of the frame even under severe earth shift conditions. Even after a quake the foundation frame leaves a static unit with the house structure, and the base and earth is connected to the foundation frame only via an elastic compound.
