Fire protection glass consisting of at least 3 panes of glass and at least 2 fire-inhibiting interlayers of hydrated alkali silicate comprises at least 2 primary products, each with a 1.5-2.6 mm thick pane of glass and a 0.5-1.0 mm thick fire-inhibiting layer, bonded by at least 1 of the fire-inhibiting layers to another 1-2.6 mm thick pane of glass.
