The electrical heating installation control system has heating units (10-1 to 10-n) controlled by a clock programmer (20) having a signal commanding or stopping heating dependent on comfort level. A programmer (30) delivers the heating control. The programmer commands continuous current feed up to the highest comfort level when a low tariff level is detected and when there is a higher tariff level takes the value of level from the clock programmer providing an on/off signal.
