PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry in a support device and a temporary jack quickly, safely, and handily with a few number of workers by suspending the support device and the temporary jack from a bridge girder, and carrying-in them on a carriage with an elevator moved along a rail arranged at the same height position as the upper section of a bridge pier. ;SOLUTION: A support device 5 is suspended by a crane from a road 10 side and is mounted on a ramp on a carriage 33 moved on the outer end side of a rail 28. The carriage 33 is moved toward the upper section 4 of a bridge pier, and the support device 5 is located in a cut recess 21. The lower end of an upper anchor member 16 protruded on the lower face of a bridge girder 6 is positioned on the bolt insertion hole of the sole plate 14 of the support device 5, then a nut 17 is fastened to the screw section of the anchor member 16, and the upper section of the support device 5 is fixed to the lower face of the bridge girder 6. The carriage 33 and the rail 28 are removed. Filling concrete is filled into the cut recess 21 to bury a lower anchor member 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
